LD BEAUTY POLICIES

These policies help create a smooth, respectful, and elevated experience for every client while protecting the time, artistry, and preparation behind each appointment.


BOOKING POLICY
A nonrefundable booking fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service is required to reserve all appointments. The booking fee will go toward your final service total.

Please ensure all contact information is entered correctly at booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

This allows adequate time to accommodate clients on the waitlist and protects reserved appointment time.


NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to arrive to their appointment without communication will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.


LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require appointment modifications or rescheduling depending on the service and schedule availability.


GUEST POLICY
To maintain a relaxing studio environment and limited seating, additional guests are not recommended unless previously approved.


CHILD POLICY
For safety, relaxation, and limited studio space, small children are not recommended.
If childcare arrangements are unavailable, please check with Christina prior to your appointment so accommodations can be discussed if appropriate 


LASH EXTENSION POLICY
LD Beauty does not offer fills over another artist’s work.
New clients arriving with existing lash extensions may require a removal and new full set to maintain quality, retention, and lash integrity.


CHEMICAL SERVICE POLICY
Results for services such as brow staining, brow laminations, and lash lifts may vary based on natural hair texture, previous services, skincare products, medications, aftercare, and overall hair health.

Clients with sensitive skin, allergies, or previous reactions should communicate concerns prior to booking.


ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Client satisfaction is important at LD Beauty 

If concerns arise regarding your lash or brow service, please contact LD Beauty within 48 hours of your appointment with clear photos so concerns can be reviewed.
Adjustment appointments may be offered when appropriate.


Please note:
Results and retention may vary based on aftercare, lifestyle, natural hair/lash health, skincare products, medications, sleeping habits, and maintenance.
Adjustments requested beyond 48 hours may require booking a fill or touch-up appointment.

Refunds are not offered on completed services.


REFUND POLICY
Due to the time, products, and customized nature of beauty services, all services and retail purchases are final sale.


AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Proper aftercare and maintenance directly impact the longevity and overall results of lash and brow services.

Aftercare instructions will be provided following appointments.
